When is the conference?

The event takes place over two days:

  • Day 1 – October 2nd, 9a – 4p Pre-Conference Workshops
  • Day 2 – October 3rd, 8a – 4p Conference (Keynotes, Tradeshow, Breakouts & Networking)
Where is the conference being held?

Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Dr., Hurst, TX 76054

Who should attend?

The conference is designed for HVAC contractors & team members, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and anyone involved in the HVAC industry who want to level up in their business and career.

Is there a schedule available? What vendors will be there and what are the sessions about?
Can non-members attend?

Yes! Non-members are welcome. TACCA NTX Members receive free/discounted registration

Registration

How do I register?

Is there a registration deadline?

The deadline to register is Friday, September 26th

How much does it cost?

It’s affordable! Pre-conference workshops are $250 & include access to the main event. Main event registration is $100 for contractor attendees & their team.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations can be transferred in lieu of cancellation.

What happens during the pre-conference workshops?

Pre-conference workshops are for CSR’s, Technicians, Sales Professionals, Service Managers, & Leadership. Registration includes lunch & access to the main event on 10/3 View complete descriptions here

What’s included on the main conference day?

Keynotes from industry leaders, a tradeshow with top HVAC vendors, breakout sessions, and structured networking opportunities. Lunch is included.

Will session materials be available afterward?

Yes. Attendees will have access to presentation slides and handouts (when provided by speakers).

Tradeshow & Networking

How many exhibitors will be there?

We’re expecting 40+ exhibitors showcasing the latest HVAC products, tools, and services.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes. Networking is built into the program, including breaks, lunch, and a happy hour located at Bronco’s Sports Bar & Grill (located next door to conference center)

Logistics

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is free! High profile vehicle parking is available at an adjacent lot located at Campus Dr. & Harwood Rd. Please note that the conference center parking garage cannot accommodate ladder racks and high profile vehicles. You’ll need to use the adjacent lot.

Are hotel accommodations available?

The conference center is connected to Hilton Garden Inn & located within walking distance to a variety of hotels of varying quality. All very affordable and convenient!

What should I wear?

Come as you are!  Comfortable shoes are suggested for the tradeshow floor.

Are meals included?

Lunch is included in registration for both pre-conference workshops & the main event
